Special Guests

We were thrilled to have Phil's parents come and stay with us at the beginning of the month!  It was the first time they've seen our new home since we moved to Colorado so we were really looking forward to this visit!  We wanted to show them around town, but when Blaine noticed the back fence would fall if it wasn't tied to the tree he called the first order of business; back fence 'rebuild' project. 

Thankfully he had experience in this department because Phil & I surely would not have been able to do it without their help!! Thank you SO much!! It looks really awesome :)

I would say the circus was definitely the highlight of their visit for Parker & Braden!  They really enjoyed having them here & are excited to have them back in town soon we hope!  

Fall Fun

Please bear with me while I get used to the new blog template I'm using... still haven't got it quite figured out yet.  We've been loving the fall this year.  Last year it seemed like we skipped fall & jumped right into winter, so seeing all the amazing colors that beautiful Colorado's fall has to offer has been a treat!!  October has been a very busy & fun month so more to come in future posts plus still playing catch up from the past couple of months too!

Took a day trip up to the Air-force Academy.  The chapel is beautiful inside & out!!
