I've finally come to the realization that my camera is definitely lost! I've been in denial for the last couple of weeks (hence the amount of blogging I've been doing or lack thereof).
But lost camera aside; we've been productive and are settling in more to our new lives!
Ever since our Paint fest a couple weeks ago; we've unpacked a good majority of boxes and starting hanging pictures. The house is starting to look like our home.
Phil hung soundproofing throughout the studio...what a difference that makes! He's pretty happy with the way his recordings sound, so goal accomplished there! ... And it doesn't look bad; actually very professional!
Parker jammin' on the guitar in Dad's studio
The boys love McDonald's as I am sure most kids do. But I feel Parker especially bonds with the place. He loves the playland, and will go down all the slides now. He will sometimes confuse McDonald's for Disney Land. I think that may be because Mickey and Donald live at Disney Land, so...I don't know, but it's a good theory.
Anyways, we often let the boys get an ice cream cone, and recently Braden has gotten his very own instead of having to share with Mom.
(not bad pics for a camera phone)
Behind Parker you can see where Phil installed the dog's door. Today he finished building a landing on the outside of the second dog door that leads from the garage to the backyard. The door in this pic leads from the kitchen to the garage. Bozlee's legs are too short to step out the other door, so Phil built a stair for him to step down on. (so spoiled)
The kids are really enjoying having a backyard. They spend their day digging in the dirt or playing with their toys on the deck. Parker likes to turn the hose on and water the grass. He has become a very big helper. He wants to help you with everything, even if it's as simple as answering your cell phone.
Braden has become very talkative. Baby babble of course, but very vocal and makes it known what he wants. The only words he says right now are Ba. (ball) and of course Ma (mom) and Da (dad)....you get the point. And he likes to scream....a very high pitched ear piercing scream.... like I said, he'll make sure you know what he wants when he wants it.
Hannah has a boyfriend. His name is Cooper. He's my nieces Boston Terrier, same color as Hannah. Maybe Christnas babies...you never know - she liked being a mommy last summer.
She was a cute puppy too!
